Products I'm Lovin'

Ezekiel Bread
Why I'm Lovin' It: Made from sprouted grains, you will feel healthier with each bite.  It's hearty, but not chewy.  Soft, but not spongy.  I love taking it and spreading 1/2 T coconut oil on it and 2 T prepared PB2 and some thawed frozen strawberries mixed with stevia for an uber healthy PBJ.  Look for it in the organic freezer section of your grocery store.

Coconut Oil

Why I'm Lovin' It: It's organic, and it tastes amazing! I even use it as tanning oil.  It will give your food a whole new subtle flavor that you will love.  I get mine at the Vitamin Shoppe...if you ask for the internet price you will get it at a steal

It is all natural, You can mix it with as much, or little water as you like to make it more spreadable and....you don't even have to mix it in water.  Toss a spoonful in your chicken satay sauce, protein shake, etc, PLUS it's delicious!
